Rescheduling EiQ FAQ
When is EiQ rescheduled for?
In response to COVID-19's continued impact, we have decided to postpone EiQ until April 15, 2021. The safety and well-being of our attendees and the larger community remains our highest priority.
I registered to attend EiQ in 2020. Do I need to do anything to transfer my ticket to the rescheduled date in April?
No action is required by our EiQ registrants, and all registrations will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date (April 15, 2021). Registrants will receive a confirmation from Eventbrite confirming your registration transfer on May 5, 2020.
All tickets are fully refundable until April 8, 2021, so there's plenty of time to reevaluate your travel plans. We hope you can make the new date, but our team is happy to process your return before April 8, 2021 by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I booked a room at the InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta. What happens to my reservation?
All EiQ 2020 hotel reservations have been canceled, but you can reserve a discounted room for our 2021 conference through this link.
Will the EiQ agenda stay the same?
Being the dynamic, innovative event that it is, EiQ’s agenda is always subject to change. There may be some tweaks to the content in the upcoming year, but we are planning on bringing you a very similar, exciting agenda next April.
I booked a flight to Atlanta for EiQ. Is my airfare refundable?
Given the unique situation presented by COVID-19, many airlines are offering free or low-fee ticket refunds or transfers. Please consult the airline you booked your ticket through to see if any allowances can be made.
