Rescheduling EiQ FAQ
When is EiQ rescheduled for?
In response to COVID-19's continued impact, we have decided to postpone EiQ until April 28-29, 2021. The safety and well-being of our attendees and the larger community remain our highest priority. We will share the details soon.
I registered to attend EiQ in 2020. Do I need to do anything to transfer my ticket to the rescheduled date in April?
No action is required by our EiQ registrants. Given the new ticket types and costs for 2021, all registrations will automatically be refunded.
I booked a room at the InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta. What happens to my reservation?
Since EiQ 2021 will be virtual, all been hotel reservations have been canceled.
I booked a flight to Atlanta for EiQ. Is my airfare refundable?
Given the unique situation presented by COVID-19, many airlines are offering free or low-fee ticket refunds or transfers. Please consult the airline you booked your ticket through to see if any allowances can be made.
