Prior to joining Chick-fil-A in 2016, Kaitlyn served as VP, Strategy for Dragon Army, a mobile innovation company in Atlanta, GA, where she developed mobile strategies for brands including Turner Sports, Mizuno and Red Bull.

Carolina Flores

Carolina is passionate about mobile first design, dynamic personalization, and is a strong advocate for digital accessibility. She works to drive operational efficiencies to scale production. Her most notable work at Citi is the development of a flexible stackable module system that is ADA compatible, pre-coded and pre-tested for creation and development of email.

She holds a Bachelor of Administration in Marketing Management from Baruch College, an MBA from St. Joseph’s College and she obtained a Digital Media Certificate from New York University. Currently, Carolina resides on Long Island with her husband, daughter and senior citizen Yorkie.

Rob Goates

Rob Goates is an Email Marketing Manager at SoFi, a San Francisco based fintech company that provides student loan refinancing, mortgages, personal loans, and wealth management.

 

Like many people, Rob didn’t discover his love for email marketing until his budget-constrained company told him he would need to do it to keep his job. Enjoying the idea of employment, he learned the ropes and has since spent his time as an email marketer in a variety of capacities— from training small businesses to leading B2C campaign strategy and deployment for companies such as United Airlines, MLB, and Uber.

Titania Jordan

Host of Atlanta Tech Edge/Co-Host of EiQ

Titania Jordan is the host of NBC Atlanta affiliate WXIA’s weekly television show Atlanta Tech Edge. Titania started her own full-service marketing consulting firm after gaining experience as an account executive with Lincoln Financial Media, working with clients like Whole Foods, Nikon, Samsung, and Zerorez to create copy, radio ad campaigns, and digital promotions targeting women in the Atlanta market.

 

Titania enjoys helping startups like RedRover and Hirewire launch in the Atlanta market and frequently appears as a tech contributor on Atlanta & Company. Titania was named a tech innovator and a mother of invention by The Atlantan in 2015 and one of the “Women Who Lead & Light Up Atlanta’s Tech Ecosystem” by Hypepotamus in 2016.
